Finally! We’re back in Ibiza! I literally count down the days until I can return to my happy place. I work hard all year knowing that paradise is coming! The struggle is real! We have a routine when we arrive back in Ibiza and this year has been no different. I am happy to report that our overseas flights had no turbulence, and both connecting flights to Ibiza were smooth sailing. I don’t know about you but my life flashes before my eyes even with the slightest bit of turbulence so this was super awesome for someone like me!
I am also happy to report that there were no problems or issues with our car rental. I’ve said this in the past, but there are only two companies that I will use for car rentals in Ibiza that do not scam you and that is AVIS and Enterprise.
As soon as we got the car we drove to our aparthotel in Port Des Torrent we unpacked and went straight to our favourite spot Imagine Bar for the best mojitos and patatas bravas on the island. It’s been really crummy weather this past week in Ibiza, overcast and really humid, but luckily by 7pm the clouds parted and allowed for a great first sunset.

After a really awesome sleep, we woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start our vacation. We obviously had to hit the next favourite spot on our list which is Kasbah. They have an amazing breakfast menu and even better view. The owner Cor and his staff are so amazing and always happy to see us.

Unfortunately, the next day the weather was off again so the beach was out of the question so we decided to go into Ibiza town to get some shopping out of the way so that when it’s nice we can just enjoy the rest of our days at the beach. I get super excited as well when I see huge billboards all over Ibiza with Carlo Lio’s name! See pic below!

Thankfully, by the evening, the sun was kind enough to grace us with its presence and at 8pm-ish we went to Kumharas for a drink and sunset. We didn’t realize but Sasha was playing so that was a nice surprise! If you haven’t been to Kumharas you must go. The vibe, the sunset, the mojitos are some of the best on the island!

The next day we went to another favourtie spot called Golden Buddha in San Antonio. I just love it there so much. The views really are hard to beat and the food is amazing!

Last but not least, we made a stop at one of our top restaurants on the island, Zebra! Nothing compares to their grilled meat platter. We ordered two!

Now that we have been back to all of our favroutie spots, the next few weeks are all about exploring and trying new places. I will keep y’all in the loop!
